Straight talk.
No slide decks.

I’ve spent years running B2B e-commerce projects inside an IT consultancy — scoping, building, managing teams on both sides, shipping, and improving after launch. Clients included Fortune 100 companies. NDA means I can’t name them, but I can tell you what I learned.

I’m not a developer. I’m the person who figures out what needs to be built and makes sure it actually gets built that way. I work with Shopify Plus and BigCommerce B2B Edition. I understand how B2B buyers actually behave — not how pitch decks say they do.

I work remotely with clients across Northern Europe and DACH. Small roster, full attention.

If that sounds like the kind of person you’d want looking at your B2B channel, let’s talk.
“I’ll tell you what’s wrong with your setup even if it’s not something I can fix. I’d rather lose a project than waste your time.”
Who I work with

The right fit

I work best with companies where someone at the top actually cares whether the digital channel works — not just whether it exists.

Manufacturers

Moving wholesale online for the first time, or replacing a portal that nobody uses.orbi.

Distributors

Complex catalogues, tiered pricing, multiple buyer types. This is where most platforms struggle and most consultants give up.

Hybrid DTC + B2B brands

Running both channels from one platform without breaking either. Shopify Plus territory.

Companies mid-migration

The previous agency is gone, the project is stuck, and someone needs to figure out what actually happened.
Not the right fit

Early-stage startups with no budget, companies that want someone to validate a decision already made, or anyone looking for a consultant who’ll tell them everything is fine when it isn’t.

The process
Straightforward. No methodology theatre.

1

ConversationWe talk. You tell me what’s going on — not the polished version, the real one. I ask uncomfortable questions. We figure out if there’s something worth working on together.

2

DiagnosisI look at what you have. Audit, scoping session, or both — depending on where you are. I tell you what I find, including the parts that aren’t your fault and the parts that are.

3

PlanA clear proposal — what we do, in what order, at what cost. No vague phases, no “to be confirmed.” If I can’t scope it, I’ll tell you why before taking your money.

4

ExecutionWe build, fix, or launch — depending on what’s needed. I manage the technical side, coordinate the team, and keep you informed without drowning you in updates.

5

AfterMost projects don’t end at launch — they start there. I offer ongoing retainers for clients who want to keep improving rather than just maintain.
